A fresh and aromatic sparkling wine, crafted from our oldest vines for an intense flavor profile.
The Elegance of the Bubbles
Our sparkling wines are the result of meticulous precision, where the purity of our biodynamic grapes is transformed into finesse and lightness. Crafted using the Method traditional (similar to Champagne), our Brut (White and Rosé) are celebratory wines that never fail to express the richness of our terroir. They combine aromatic complexity with the freshness of a fine, delicate mousse.
Time in the Service of Delicacy
Our sparkling wines spend at least 12 months aging on the lees in the bottle (Traditional Method) before release. This maturation period is crucial: it develops aromatic complexity—revealing notes of brioche or dried fruits—and ensures a remarkably fine and persistent mousse. While these wines are perfect for immediate enjoyment, they can also be cellared for up to 5 years, allowing the bubbles to integrate even more seamlessly with the wine.
