At Vignoble Prouillac, our white wines are a direct reflection of our soil's vitality and the oceanic freshness of our climate. Crafted from Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon grapes grown under Biodynamics, they reveal a remarkable aromatic purity.
Whether dry for their vibrancy or sweet for their richness, our white wines are carefully vinified to preserve the full energy transmitted by the vine. They offer a perfect balance of acidity, mineral richness, and ripe fruit, ensuring a tasting experience that is both crisp and generous.
Precision in the Winery
Our white wine vinification is entirely focused on preserving freshness. For 'Cuvée 59' (made without sulfites), we employ a rare, low-temperature 'pasteurization' method to ensure optimal shelf life and better digestibility, without the use of added preservatives.
Our white wines are the expression of our Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon grapes, meticulously managed to achieve the perfect balance between acidity and ripeness.
