Bergerac red IGP
A 100% Cabernet Franc: light, fruity, and elegant. This wine is designed to be enjoyed young and slightly chilled as an aperitif.
Côtes de Bergerac Red
The expression of our old vines: powerful, structured, and oak-aged, crafted for very long cellaring

For our red wines, we prioritize precise macerations and careful temperature control to extract fine, elegant tannins.
For our young wines (such as 'Grappis'), our work is focused on freshness and immediate suppleness.
For our wines crafted for aging (Bergerac Rouge and Côtes de Bergerac), we allow the time necessary for the wine's character to fully assert itself.
The Elegance of Oak
Our Côtes de Bergerac Rouge, crafted from our old vines, benefits from meticulous aging in oak barrels for 18 months. This maturation in noble wood brings additional aromatic complexity and spicy notes to the wine, while structuring the tannins. This ensures an exceptional cellaring potential, ranging from 10 to 15 years.
This marriage between the purity of biodynamic fruit and the patience of aging gives birth to deep, harmonious red wines that will continue to blossom over time.
